Two seminars dedicated to the best world practices in occupational safety based on ISO 45001 were held in Saint Petersburg in January 2019. Heads of the branches, heads of departments as well as HSE managers actively took part in it.
Seminar’s attendies got acquainted with ISO 45001 structure that advises to take the aim to the leadership and worker’s involvement in safety. The effective leadership tools in occupational safety were trained.
The correct attitude to safety starts with the right settings and top management the leadership. The goal and priority is to shift from punishment-oriented management system to risk perception improvement and positive safe behavior formation.
