The safety culture research was initiated in “Buryatenergo” (“IDGC of Siberia”s branch) in January 2019. The research consists of mass-survey and interviewing at levels. This research involved top management, workers and HSE Managers.
The research includes reviewing of documentation and other crucial elements in occupational safety such as constant training delivery plan.
The outcome of this event will be a report and the results presentation, a discussion of the best world practices in improving and maintaining safety culture level as well as occupational safety level increase.
